DIANA AIACOBOAE

  • German single family office on ongoing legal asset management, including on space optimisation, on the implementation of comprehensive modernisation measures and other construction measures in Berlin.
  • Numerous landlords and tenants on the conclusion of long-term large-volume commercial leases as well as sublease agreements in the office, retail, hotel and light industrial and logistics sectors.
  • Arbireo Capital on the acquisition of retail parks, their leasing and ongoing legal asset management.
  • FFIRE on the acquisition of various properties and real estate investments.
  • Project developer on the conclusion of usage agreements for its wind energy and photovoltaic projects.
  • International energy supplier on the acquisition of various photovoltaic projects.
  • Q-Energy on the acquisition of various wind farm projects, i.a. a wind farm with ten wind turbines in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and a wind farm with two wind turbines in Rheinland-Pfalz.
  • Litigation: Conducting comprehensive eviction, damages and payment proceedings as well as proceedings for interim relief.
